I bought my 240D about 4 1/2 years ago and it had a lot of blow-by. I've put about 50,000 miles on it and it still runs well, so if you're happy with the way it's driving now, then don't worry about rebuilding the engine anytime soon.
Your engine might have blow-by for different reasons than mine, but I dought that it's anything to panic about.
