I guess the question to ask is:

What are you going to use it for?

If the answer is non-medical or sensitive electronics get one of the $12.95 Craftsman or Radio Shack units.

Send me a prepaid box and i will drop one of the 10+ used once meters that I have in my garage. or I will trade you for a test light since I can't seem to hold on to those.
