Does it still have a catalytic converter. Looks to me like the converter was too cool to perform on not there at all. CO is the measure of how much fuel your burning and you look just fine. .5 to .8 is just about right but definatly not too rich.
The convertor cleans up NOx and Hc. If it isnt workin proporly you will have high readings. You might try and run it really hard in the interstate and drive imediatly to the emmissions station and try again
