The really freaky part is the way they have speakers adjacent to the cameras and if they see some miscreant fail to deposit a wrapping in the proper rubbish receptacle, they come on with some sort of, "I say, you there in the blue blazer, kindly deposit that bit of rubbish in the waste bin 6 paces to your right."
