When women get out of the car they for the most part never touch the metal surface of the car to discharge any static charge on themselves. The girl in the video gets out at first and touches the car but the second time she slides out and wipes her hand on her sweater... and then.. poof. At least she was smart enough not to pull the handle and let more fuel out
