I was impressed by some young teens in my neighbourhood the other day. They had a truck and had rented an aerator. They were driving around, offering to aerate entire lawns for $25. I have a 100'x150' lot, so that was a deal and a half. I gladly paid the $25.

One guy would start, while his buddy would drive up the street and try and secure more deals. Took him about 15-20 mins to do the lawn. His friend came back, picked him up and off to the next one.

I admired their entrepreneurship.
