OK I looked through old posts for info on replacing rotors and got conflicting torque specs. Can someone please tell me what all the torque specs are?

Also when I flush the brake system, can I use the conventional 2 man method for an anti lock system, and do I need to bleed at the pump unit? I understand it is under pressure.

Does anyone offer a manual? I coudn't find one.
