While I agree with the tragedy of the loss of life of the transplant team, I don't agree that they lost their lives for a man who is "not worth saving".

The judgment is not theirs to make and I'm sure they would never put a value on one life over the next.

This patient was deemed most in need and most compatible (presumably) and the dedication of the team involved is laudatory without comment on the receipient's lifestyle.
