1. The new oil will turn black pretty soon after it's put in, that's normal. If you suspect it hasn't been changed frequently, you may want to change it sooner the first couple of times.
2. My 300D had that problem, you need to replace the electrical part of the "ignition," not the entire part. It looks like this:
