Disconnect the cooler lines and turn the engine over - do not put the car into gear, and turn the engine off the instant the old fluid has been cleared.
Make sure you have a suitable bucket underneath to catch the old oil, you don't want that spilling onto the road.
If in any doubt (I know this works fine for a W210 so it should be similarly fine for a W211 with the same torque convertor) get a specialist to do it for you.
Please ensure you have a transmission dipstick before you start this job.
