Point in view is though, the IRS's interpretation of their Code and the subsequent enforcement seems to be in contradiction to an American Citizen's constitutional rights, particularly when it comes to income tax.

While there may seem to be a contradiction, it is the courts that set the interpretation of the constitution. Since the courts support the income tax, it is constitutional by definition.
