i'm planning on rebuilding my turbo as preventive maintenance, i think its the original unit still, no idea if it has been serviced by the PO.
i'm also losing oil, 1 qt every 3-4wks, no visible leaks (cept for a ton of residue around the oil fill cap)

#1 how can i tell which type i have?

#2 are parts readily available as a kit?

#3 any special tools needed? coz i plan on tackling this myself
