It does exist otherwise there would be no arguments. As to rights, it has to prove it is more alive than the doorknob I just turned.
Agreed. However, the fetus is residing in the female's body. She, for whatever her reasons, has decided to stop playing host. It is her body and therefore her right to decide when to host it. When I have sex with a woman, it is her body I am entering. As such, at ANY moment, she can say "STOP" and I have to leave.
