OK guys, I finally had the time to go for a re-test today. Failed again!! Here's the new #s:

The only thing I've done since the first test was turn the 3mm adjustment screw CCW to lean the mixture. My previous readings were NOx 248 -- HC 294 -- and CO% 4.77%. Nothing else has been touched. Does this mean I'm too lean now??
