Is there anyone in the Toronto area that can fix an odometer for an 82 240d?

I have had it out of the car twice. Read the posts on this site and the instuctions by Diesel DR. about fixing it. I have decided that someone else should do this job.

It appears that the trip odometer is the likely cause of my problems. But I am not 100% sure.

I am in the Toronto area so if anyone would like to take a crack at fixing this thing please let me know.
