When I looked at the BBC article yesterday, it had the image that Bot posted, and the caption was something generic about how getting shot in the head is usually injurious to an individual.

If I look here today, it looks (to me, at a glance) to be the same text, but with this image:



The current caption reads, "The injured man said he awoke with a headache".

Great journalism, eh? Can't have a story without a picture just because we don't have a relevant picture.
