If the bearings in the motor were audible at low speeds , then you know you must get to the motor and check it for binding shaft. If the fuse is bad , it is bad b/c the bound motor has blown it..simply replacxng the fuse is only going to aggrevate your condition b/c the excess current draw of the motor is just going to burn out the regulator...get to the cause ...I would put an amp meter across the open fuse and take a reading before replacing it..If it is excessive, you know the motor and/or reg are at fault.
Looking for 25A, 30 max..
