You're probably a bit low on refrigerant. To get better numbers, you should take a outside and inside temperature measurements with a good thermometer and measure the in-cabin humidity as well if possible; post those results (the charts use these values). Run the test with the front windows down, and the engine running at 1500 RPM.

I'd lay odds that you need a few hundred grams of refrigerant (much less than one can).
