I have an '86. Just replaced transmission, alternator and transmission oil cooler flex lines. Replaced seat a while back.
W201 is the red-headed stepchild of MB and a lot of folks look down on them. For me, I needed the fuel economy because it is my salesman's car.
I love mine. $1200 is a steal.
