I realize that. But before analog completely goes away, digital coverage will get better. And I will have used my handset for all its worth.

Actually, it will be somewhat of a relief when analog no longer is a factor. Some of the new handsets look pretty good. My current plan has another advantage though; I have no contract. I did allow Sprint to give me a one-year contract once, but that was one year out of ten. I'm strictly month-to-month, and can change providers on a whim (not that I get many whims).
