There is one potential situation where I would use 1000 minutes in a month, and that's talking to work. And then, I pay something like $.40 per minute for those minutes not included in my plan, and would expense them to work. In short, I don't care. But I'm not self-employed, and don't have the benefits or the liabilities of such.
