You might have a more pressing matter, replacing the oil cooler line. A weak line can destroy an engine in seconds.

A floor jack is required, not sure how you can replace the mounts without supporting the engine (jack, or engine lift).
Hard to tell about the need to replace shocks until you pull them, but you can see most of the condition of the rubber engine mounts, as well as the upper shock mounts. The shock mounts are a separate item and are not included when you buy an engine shock. The engine is supported in three locations, so while you are looking, inspect the transmission (or rear engine) mount as well. This can contribute to a shaky engine.
