No need for mythbusters. Any decent engineering student should find the basic flaw with this device from his schooling. This device smatters of perpetual motion. It draws parasitic (electrical) energy from the engine to electrolyze water into hydrogen and oxygen. Yet somehow you're supposed to produce more energy than the parasitic loss by recombining the hydrogen and oxygen during combustion. It's not gonna happen.

Why bother with gasoline at all? Just make the device bigger and have the car run on water!
