I don't know about the '95, but on my '97 the owner's manual tells you to "re-synchronize" the windows if the power has been interrupted to the car---dead battery for example.

All you have to do is: with the windows all the way up, hold the switch for one of the windows in the "up" position for at least two seconds, then do the same for the other window.

It's easy enough; give it a try.
