On your car, when one light fails, another bulb is automatically used as a substitute.
When in doubt, change every bulb in the light assembly.
Be sure to get the correct ones.
If that does'nt solve the problem, at least you have some spare bulbs.
Could be a problem with the tail light assembly as well.
