Is the part that is leaking aluminum or copper? If copper, use lead based solder to fill the leak, if aluminum there is a solder for that as well. However it requires an air/acetlyene torch to heat it up. Probably you would have to remove it in either case.
MIG is too hot and epoxy won't hold.
