And after a night of detailing and a set of 15" 420SEL rims, the next day, the former owner's wife didn't *recognize* the car. Astral silver over black leather- timeless! I searched for that combo for months, and this was still the cheapest decent 300SD out there at the time!
I "bonded" with the 126 on a 600 mile round trip across the Mojave to the Coachella Music Festival three days after I bought it. Ran perfectly there and back. I've been back to Coachella this year in it also, and to Vegas a few times. Fantastic ride...
