Oh, but speaking of dumb Polititians and their laws.

Here in Chicago, they are trying to set it up so that if you are caught driving w/o a license they will impound your car.
(Suspended, revoked, none ...)

Ok, that ain't a bad idea, but the impound lots have stated they will not be able to handle the 25k / year cars !!!

AND (this I find really funny)

They currently can impound your car for playing your stereo too loud !!!!
