The "good" wiring harness didn't really come until the 210 body which has other problems of its own. You may be overly concerned with the issue. There are very few cars on the road that have not had the problem harness replaced. Also while you may have paid $1500 for the harness it has always been available for less than half of that, and it's a fairly easy DIY project. Better just to look for a nice car.
