I like both guys. Although they both are there to teach about various survival techniques I think they have a different slant. Les Stroud is out on his own so he has to, out of necessity, take things slower and easier with less risk than does Bear Grylls. Bear Grylls can afford to take the risks since he has some line of communication back to civilisation (Stroud probably does too, but I don't know). I'm looking forward to next season of Survivorman. I'm not going to fault Grylls though; dude eats bugs and drinks his own pee to prove a point...
