Fuse is fine and there should be enough refrigerant (just filled it). What's a receiver drier and what's the switch look like?
ETA: there's some type of outlet plug with a cap on it. Looks like I can connect it to an extension cord and plug it in. I really don't think I should, but what could it be for?
