So.. what should I get.. I have Cingular.. err AT&T... my current plan is 800 minutes a month. Which I currently have a balance of 8k minutes.. I try to talk a lot.. but it just doesn't work..

I'm more of an internet person ya know? I can get a PDA/Smart phone.. but which one... not the iPhone... I don't think my plan will cover it.
