I'd give Phil a call he can probably get quotes.

But the two best sources for a new or rebuilt engine would be:

MBUSA, call your local dealer for a quote.

Or Metric Motors.

Adsitco is junk stay away.

I'd order a crate motor, because if you just do a long block all your old accesories will be bolted right back on, and you will still be fixing it all the time.

If it were my car I'd call up a couple MB dealers and get a price on a crate motor, then have a local place do the trans. MB offers the best warranty...
