The hole in the manifold is probably tapered pipe thread. When Europe invented the ISO standard system, they "borrowed" the pipe threads from England. They may have different names but try a 1/8 NPT thread hose barb and see if it won't fit just fine. That's what I used for my boost gauge -- there are pictures on this forum somewhere.
