Just tried again and I hear the fuel pump buzz, so that's ok. I pulled the #1 spark plug, and I am getting fire to it but I'm unsure how strong the fire is or if that even matters.

Swapped out the OVP, didn't help. Took the air cleaner off, sprayed starting fluid down the plenum, still didn't start.
