I will post a reply to my own thread again with today's test results. Today I was able to find a relay diagram on my alldatadiy.com website link and realized that my relays were in the wrong position for my car. The A position is closest to the firewall in this model, previously the B position held an unknown 30 amp relay, the C position held the blue High speed relay which is 15amp fused, the D spot was held by the green 30amp low speed relay also fused. So I changed positions to be correct and made sure my relay fuses were allright. I upgraded the blue to 25amp, and left the green at 30amp. So far (one day 89F top temp)no overly high temp to report, I also changed my temp sensor yesterday. After checking my relay layout I will check my horn function tonight and continue to check my temp as the days go on. As always any info supplied is gratefully accepted, after all a diy is a diy not a pro.
Thanks,
KD
