The problem is the broken one is now more broken than before, because I was able to loosen it, but not tighten it back up, I ended up wedging a screw driver into the plastic piece with a hammer and cranking the broken one out. Upon inspection, the broken one would never have held anyways. Oh well, looks like I'll be off to another junkyard where I spied an awesome looking brand new behr radiator in a 260E.
