It should come with a Rolls Royce, it just wouldn't be proper to have anything else.
Needs some TLC, looks like another $15M, and probably $1m a year to run, maybe more...
Lastly thats not real a Lagoon, its more of a puddle. That place is screaming for some proper gardens, $5m.
