Is there a fast idle during warmup or not? I just got it back from the mechanic after replacing a leaking vac hose and now the car runs great at startup (even at 17 degree F) but it does not idle any faster than 700 RPM.

Second question: I have oil leaking from both head gaskets..at 240,000 miles, should I go for a rebuild of the top end since the heads will be off anyway? What should be included in it?
