Hello,

I wonder if anybody has ever replaced the camshaft seals on M119 V8 engine, my 92 400E is slowly seeping oil from both camshaft ends (the places near the distributors), I don't noticed any oil loss, but it makes the front end of the engine wet and dirty.

Is it caused by leaky camshaft seals? I have the service CDs, but would like to know how easy it is to replace them, after I fixed the leaky power steering pump, this is the only leakage on my 400E.
