That's the way it looks to me, but I be darn if I can get the cover off. I removed the screw that bolts it to the fender and still no go. I figured it just would lift up and off, but it would not come off that way.

This is the only real regular service function I have not been able to do on the car and I am rather puzzled to say the least why it seems to baffle me. The fuel filter is the easist to change I have ever seen on a diesel, oil & filter is also very simple as is the engine airfilter. But this pollen filter is about to whip my behind. Also the dealer only mention one filter for the system which make me wonder if they have ever change the filter(s) in the system.
