Okay guys, thanks for all the suggestions. I'll see what I can find, Googling doesn't really turn up much. As for metric, that's the system in use up here "officially", so I might have luck finding an o-ring set.
As for what bent the top plate, I have no idea. The jack is freaking huge...weighs about 100lb. Could have dropped a tractor on it for all I know.
