The miners are way down deep - out of sight - about all you can get a camera on is the front of the mine. No real excitemnt from a broadcast journalists perspective.

Kinda reminds me of the Don Henley song "'see the bubble-headed bleached blond, she comes on at 5 - she can tell you 'bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye".

and hey, they just did a mine disaster (in WVA) not too long ago. Old hat!

Hasn't been a bridge collapse is a while.
