This weekend I did the repairs according to everyones advice.
It went without a hitch. It was actually an enjoyable affair.

The door window regulator was easy to swap out and I used rivets to install the new one. I got the new one on eBay for $64 w/ shipping, it only took an hour to install, and I'm a total novice.

The fog lamp was also easy once I rolled the car up on ramps. I swapped the bulb with the other one to determine if it really was the bulb, because it didn't look burned out. It was bad and a new bulb only cost $7 from Auto Zone. That was a surprise for me.

I'm really proud of my self that it was so easy. You have to understand that I'm not an auto mechanic. It was actually fun to do. I have more projects to do on my first and recently purchased '99 E320.

Now I'm going to post 2 more projects asking for advice. This forum and club is awesome. Again thanks for the advice from everyone.
