It is unfortunate but cong/white house refuse to pass federal legislation to establish safety guide lines for the mining industry. If I have a code violation while building a house, building stops. Why is that not the same for mines (rhetorial question, we all know the answer)? Human life has become worthless to the people who have the money and he power.
