I was once able to make the high fan come on all the time by disconnecting one of the green wires on a sensor in front of the engine, but it seems after a while the fan would resume normal operation even with the wires disconnected. Jumper the A/C temperature switch wires at the reciever dryer = AUX fan will run any time the ignition is on.
