I once needed some Euro parts and found them only at the main dealer in Frankfurt, Germany. It wasn't cheap, but it would have been more expensive to have an American dealer order them for me. For a license plate bracket, I doubt that it would be cost prohibitive. Anything else here in America is going to one of those cheezy plastic things.
