What was the P2 version code? If 16 had been added before, adding it again is inappropriate.

#7 reads 10. The refrigerant level should not shut the system down. I don't know why #24 reads only 11.6. That's too low. First check the battery voltage, to ensure that it's not really 11.6. My N22 reads a bit low for battery voltage, compared to the actual voltage at the battery, but yours is very low.

I don't know if perceived low battery voltage will kill the compressor, but it certainly does cut off the REST function.
