That's a typical problem with the cars when it rains. I traced the leaks to the boots in the doors connecting the vaccum lines. I plugged them with rags and it worked for me. But when it rains I pull the rear mats and open up the rear air vent to the floor to keep the evaporation level high to minimize rusting.
