on my '94 c280 (w202) with a 104 engine, I am having the infamous "key won't turn at all" issue, I've looked at all of the available threads, (which detail removing the tumbler from a 124.) to no avail. I've got the ignition/steering column removed, and my assembly looks nothing like the one found on the threads (no holes for the "self made tool") I'm gonna have to order the tumbler/key from the dealer, but I'd like to know if anyone has successfully changed a lock on a '94.

Any help appreciated.(from the most invaluable MB forum on the 'net!)
